Taxes and Duties depend on your Shipping Destination. VAT, Custom, and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be levied as per rules and regulations set forth by your government.

Shipping Time:

For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 5 -10 business days. But due to unforeseen circumstances weather, strikes, remote location, stocking issues, or any other reason- it may take longer. You will, however, be able to track your packing using a unique link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.

RETURNS

What can I return ?

You may return any item purchased from Mudo Jeans that is unused, in new condition or any item that was damaged upon receipt.

 

Who pays for shipping and what are the return charges ?

Shipping is free within India.

For orders delivered within India - FREE Returns

For orders delivered in rest of the countries - Customers will be responsible to ship the product back to us with tracking details at  info@mudoonline.com Customer will be liable to pay the return shipping and customs charges which is non-refundable.

Are there any duties and taxes ?

For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of GST.

For customers outside India, duties are not included in the price. Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, custom fees or local/VAT taxes. Mudo Jeans will not reimburse these expenses. It is necessary to pay these in order to release your order from customs.

 Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed and the acknowledgement has been sent.
